　　針對人們對“繼續(xù)降低社保費(fèi)率可能影響更大范圍的養(yǎng)老金發(fā)放”的擔(dān)憂，人力資源和社會保障部部長張紀(jì)南表示，在降費(fèi)率以后，總體上仍能夠保證社保基金收大于支，因此人社部有能力確保養(yǎng)老金按時足額發(fā)放，今年還將繼續(xù)適度提高退休人員基本養(yǎng)老金，實現(xiàn)養(yǎng)老金“15連調(diào)”。
