快遞業(yè)
隨著電子商務(wù)的興起和網(wǎng)購的流行,快遞業(yè)(express delivery industry)應(yīng)運而生?爝f公司提供上門收件服務(wù),收件后就會以盡可能快的速度送到顧客手上。然而,對快遞延誤的投訴卻持續(xù)不斷。為了提高投遞服務(wù)質(zhì)量,國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理委員會(the National Standardization Management Committee)實施了 一套新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定,城際之間投遞包裹的時間不得超過72小時,否則將被認定為延誤,顧客即有權(quán)索賠。

Express delivery industry emerged with the rise of electronic commerce and the popularity of online shopping. The pick-up service is available in egress companies, and after getting the packages, they'll send them to customers as quickly as possible. However, consumers' complaints towards delay of delivery continue. To improve the delivery services, the National Standardization Management Committee has put into place a new set of standards. According to them, the delivery time for a package between two cities should be less than 72 hours. Otherwise, the delivery will be considered delayed, giving customers the right to seek compensation.
