　　It is widely acknowledged that nowadays the job hunting of college graduates has become a pressing issue. All the information that the media conveys leaves us the impression that finding a decent job is becoming increasingly difficult. Many college students find themselves among the unemployed upon graduation.

　　人們都知道，現(xiàn)在大學(xué)畢業(yè)生找工作已成為迫切的問題。媒體傳達(dá)的所有問題留給我們的印象是，找一份體面的工作變得越來越困難。許多大學(xué)學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)自己一畢業(yè)就失業(yè)了。

　　Various factors are responsible for this phenomenon. Above all, the main reason is the annual growing population of college graduates. The number of college graduates has doubled or even tripled in recent years, while the number of jobs available has not increased correspondingly. On the other hand, higher education has failed to put enough stress on nurturing students' overall abilities. As a result, lots of college graduates cannot meet the needs of the employers they want to work for.

　　造成這一現(xiàn)象有各種各樣的因素。總而言之，主要原因是每年大學(xué)畢業(yè)生都在增長。大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的人數(shù)在近些年已經(jīng)翻了兩倍甚至三倍，而可提供的工作的數(shù)量并沒有相應(yīng)增加。另一方面，高等教育沒能夠?qū)ε囵B(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合能力加以足夠重視。結(jié)果，許多大學(xué)畢業(yè)生不能滿足他們想要申請(qǐng)的工作的雇主的需要。

　　In my opioion, college graduates need to realize what the job market requires and try to develop their capabilities by attending job training programs. In addition, the government should make special policies to encourage college graduates to be self-employed and set up their own businesses. I trust that most college graduates are competitive and have a bright future.(184 words)

　　依我看來，大學(xué)畢業(yè)生需要明白就業(yè)市場(chǎng)需要什么，并嘗試通過參加工作培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目來開發(fā)他們的能力。另外，政府應(yīng)該制定特殊的政策，來鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生自主就業(yè)，創(chuàng)辦自己的企業(yè)。我相信，大部分大學(xué)畢業(yè)生都是有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的，會(huì)有一個(gè)光明的未來。
