　　雷鋒常常幫助他人，是中國人民解放軍(the People's Liberation Army)的模范士兵。他捐錢給貧困家庭，挽救普通人的生命，為戰(zhàn)友洗衣服，常以各種方法幫助別人。雷鋒傾其一生幫助他人。雷鋒犧牲后，毛主席號召人們 “向雷鋒同志學習”。中國人民了解雷鋒，并以他為榜樣，雷鋒精神永遠活在人們心中。自1963年起，每年的三月五日被定為“雷鋒日”(Lei Feng's Day)。雷鋒精神已經(jīng)影響了好幾代中國人。雖然社會迅猛發(fā)展，但雷鋒精神將繼續(xù)在中國社會發(fā)揮重要作用。
