How to Judge You are a Competent Manager
How to judge you are a competent manager? Is your management way being accepted by your subordinate? These two questions can get the answers from your employee’s performance. There are eight kinds of employee performance can show the reference.
如何判斷你是一個(gè)稱(chēng)職的管理者呢?管理風(fēng)格是否為員工所認(rèn)可?回答這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題可以從你的員工的表現(xiàn)那里得到答案,有八種跡象可供參考。
The first one, although you are not in office, your subordinates know to do what you expect. That means you have your subordinates understood your expecting to them, and give them enough authority to do what you think is right.
第一,即使你不在辦公室,你的員工也知道你期望他們做什么。這意味著你已經(jīng)讓每個(gè)人明白了你對(duì)他們的期望,并且賦予了他們充分的自由去做自己認(rèn)為正確的事情。
The second one, when return to office, your subordinate will tell you what they have done, why they did that, and what the result. That means they believe themselves, and believe you also think they did the right thing.
第二,當(dāng)你回到辦公室,你的員工會(huì)主動(dòng)告訴你他們做了什么,為什么那樣做,出現(xiàn)了什么樣的結(jié)果。這意味著他們對(duì)自己做的事情相當(dāng)自信,并且相信你也認(rèn)為他們做對(duì)了。
The third one, when you have a regular meeting, your subordinates feel relax and say what they think. If there are few subordinates positive to say, that means you may be too autocratic at times.
第三,在你召開(kāi)例行會(huì)議時(shí),你的員工個(gè)個(gè)都很放松,并且能夠暢所欲言。如果開(kāi)口的人寥寥無(wú)幾,意味著你平時(shí)可能太過(guò)專(zhuān)制。
The fourth one, for all happened in the company, few subordinates spread or guess. That means you make a good communication.
第四,對(duì)于公司里發(fā)生的一切,鮮有人傳播小道消息或無(wú)端猜測(cè)。這意味你的溝通工作做得相當(dāng)不錯(cuò)。
The fifth one, your subordinates use the same way to face the customers. That means you have make proper standard in this area, also means they clearly know what the company’s target, and know what they should do.
第五,你的員工對(duì)待客戶(hù)的方式與你對(duì)待客戶(hù)的方式一樣。這意味著你已經(jīng)在這方面給員工確立了一個(gè)適當(dāng)?shù)臉?biāo)準(zhǔn),也意味著他們非常清楚公司的目標(biāo),知道自己應(yīng)該做什么。
The sixth, your subordinates can respect and cooperation well each other. Usually, employees complicit more often, that is because the leaders endure someone’s not good performance. But when they cooperate well, that means the manager is a fair and effective leader.
第六,你的員工能夠彼此尊重,合作無(wú)間。通常,員工之間沖突不斷,是因?yàn)轭I(lǐng)導(dǎo)容忍某些人的不良表現(xiàn)。當(dāng)他們之間合作無(wú)間,往往意味著你是一個(gè)公平、得力的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。
The seventh one, when your subordinates get your negative feedback, they will not be angry or be shocked. That means your subordinates recognize your view, also means you can well control the skill that not hurt their self-respect, and has the negative feedback skills.
第七,在收到你的負(fù)面反饋后,你的員工不會(huì)生氣或覺(jué)得震驚。這意味著員工認(rèn)可你的看法,也意味著你很好地掌握了在不傷害他們自尊的情況下,提供負(fù)面反饋的技巧。
At last, when happens personnel deficit, your subordinates will positive recommend candidates. If the company has the low rate of staff turnover, that means they are happy to go along with you, and work together with you.
最后,當(dāng)出現(xiàn)人手不足的情況時(shí),你的員工會(huì)主動(dòng)推薦好的候選人,公司的員工流失率低。這意昧著他們樂(lè)意追隨你,樂(lè)意與你一起工作。
