  補(bǔ)全對話考查的是交際用語的運(yùn)用能力,理解話題的內(nèi)容,把握說話人之間的關(guān)系,使上下文符合邏輯。需要注意的是使用得體準(zhǔn)確的英語句子。一般情況常用的句子是詢問身體、天氣狀況或是否做(了)某事;提出建議;請求幫助;講述發(fā)生的某件事;商量具體做某件事;感謝;告別和祝愿。

  同學(xué)們?yōu)g覽了對話之后馬上就能判斷出這是有關(guān)最近發(fā)生在汶川大地震的內(nèi)容,補(bǔ)句子時(shí)要關(guān)注答語來確定問句;要靠下文的談?wù)搩?nèi)容補(bǔ)出句子使內(nèi)容完整。

  根據(jù)With my parents,可確定第一句要問“和誰……?”

  根據(jù)Wonderful!可確定第二句是詢問“concert怎樣?”

  根據(jù)下文中的all of the money可知要陳述“募捐”這件事。

  第四句是聽到在音樂會(huì)上大家的善舉后,表達(dá)“贊賞”的話。

  根據(jù)Good idea!可確定要完成一個(gè)表請求的句子,意思跟整個(gè)對話涉及的內(nèi)容相關(guān),具體是什么呢?從Let’s have a discussion.來決定。

  綜合填空是在全面掌握所學(xué)詞匯的拼寫和用法的同時(shí),運(yùn)用初中所學(xué)的語法和語言點(diǎn)知識(shí),加入對短文的理解來完成的。

  例題解析

  Traveling to all countries of the world gets easier and easier, but how well do we know and u__1__ each other? Here is a simple test. understand。通過and可以判斷出1和know為并列謂語動(dòng)詞,each other是1的賓語,再根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容可確定。

  2.meeting。不定冠詞后確定2填名詞,根據(jù)下文談?wù)摬煌瑖胰藢Α皽?zhǔn)時(shí)”和“做事的方式”來確定。hold a meeting是主持會(huì)議的意思。

  3.foreign。根據(jù)expect sb. to do sth.判斷出your f__3__ business friends為一個(gè)整體,相當(dāng)于sb.,再仔細(xì)分析3為形容詞修飾friends,這個(gè)形容詞就由提到下面的幾個(gè)國家來確定。

  4.early。與下一句they’ll be fifteen minutes late.結(jié)構(gòu)一樣但意思相反,是late的反義詞。

  5.language。從句的主語,通過use和understand確定。

  6.wrong。系表結(jié)構(gòu),系動(dòng)詞后,還被副詞completely修飾。根據(jù)下面不同國家不同習(xí)慣,確定這個(gè)形容詞的意思。

  7.during。7的位置在句子的最后,the meal前,就可判斷出是介詞短語作狀語,理解根據(jù)句意表吃飯的整個(gè)期間。

  8.time。系表結(jié)構(gòu),表語是名詞(由冠詞a)決定。那就可根據(jù)句意判斷l(xiāng)unch的意思。

  9.before。和第7題的判斷方法一樣,但考慮的方式必須是他們做時(shí)間一定與Japan不同。

  10.first。eat f__10__ and talk afterwards的并列關(guān)系,可確定10與afterwards的用法相同,是副詞修飾其前的行為動(dòng)詞,根據(jù)句意可判斷出是afterwards的相反詞。
