2014年福建省初中學業(yè)考試大綱

(英 語)

　　一、考試性質

　　初中英語學業(yè)考試是義務教育初中階段的終結性省級考試，目的是全面、準確地反映初中畢業(yè)生是否達到《義務教育英語課程標準(實驗)》所規(guī)定的學業(yè)水平�？荚嚱Y果既是衡量學生是否達到畢業(yè)標準的主要依據(jù)，也是高中階段學校招生的重要依據(jù)。

　　二、命題依據(jù)

　　教育部頒布的《全日制義務教育英語課程標準(實驗稿)》(以下簡稱《課程標準》)和本考試大綱。

　　三、命題原則

　　堅持以學生為本，立足基礎，難易適中，聽、說、讀、寫四項技能全面考查。做到思想性、科學性和技術性的統(tǒng)一。正確發(fā)揮考試的導向功能，做到有利于激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的興趣，建立學習英語的成就感和自信心，提高綜合語言運用能力;有利于引導教師改進教學和學生學會學習;有利于對初中教學起到正確的導向作用;有利于普通高中招生改革和事業(yè)發(fā)展。

　　四、考試范圍

　　以教育部制訂的《課程標準》所規(guī)定的九年級結束時應達到的“五級目標”的基本要求作為考試范圍。

　　五、內容目標

　　側重考查學生的語言技能、語言知識、跨文化交際意識和跨文化交際能力，即聽、說、讀、寫技能以及靈活運用語音知識、詞匯知識和語法知識的能力。在確定具體考試內容和標準時，應依據(jù)教育部頒布的《課程標準》中“五級目標”的基本要求及相關附錄的內容。

　　六、考試形式、時間

　　考試形式可以包括口語測試、聽力測試和筆試�？谠嚳砂才旁诼犃�測試和筆試之前或之后單獨進行�？谠嚨慕M織和操作有較大難度，如因暫不具備口試條件而不進行口試的設區(qū)市，應在筆試題中增設口語應用的題型“口語應用”，目的是通過書面的形式，間接考查學生“說”的能力。聽力測試和筆試，同卷進行，采用書面作答，閉卷考試的形式。

　　聽力測試和筆試時間總共120分鐘;其中聽力測試不超過30分鐘。

　　七、試題難度

　　合理安排試題難度結構，試題易、中、難的比例約為8:1:1�？荚嚭细衤蔬_80%。

　　八、試卷結構

　　試卷包括聽力測試和筆試兩部分�？谠噯为毭�題、單獨組織測試。

　　總分與各部分分值：總分150分;聽力部分30分，筆試部分120分。

　　主客觀題比例：約4:6。

　　聽力測試與筆試題型

　　聽力部分(30分)

　　Ⅰ.單句理解(5分)。聽句子，從所給三幅圖中選出與所聽到的句子情景相同(相近)的圖畫。共5小題。每個句子僅讀一遍。

　�、�.聽對話(15分) 共兩節(jié)。第一節(jié)聽5段對話，每段對話后有一個小題，從題中所給的A、B、C三個選項中選出最佳選項，并標在試卷的相應位置。每段對話讀兩遍。

　　第二節(jié)聽4組對話。每組對話后有幾個小題，從題中所給的A、B、C三個選項中選出最佳選項，并標在試卷的相應位置。每組對話讀兩遍。

　�、�.聽短文，選擇正確答案(5分)。聽一段短文，根據(jù)短文內容從題中所給的A、B、C三個選項中選出最佳選項，并標在試卷的相應位置。短文讀兩遍。

　�、�. 聽短文(或對話)填表格(5分)。聽一段短文或對話，根據(jù)短文或對話內容及填寫要求填表格。短文或對話讀三遍。

　　筆試部分(120分)

　　知識運用 (共三大題，滿分75分)

　�、�.選擇填空(15分) 共15小題，每題在一或兩句話中留出空白，要求考生從3個選項中選出正確答案�？疾榈膬热菀栽谡Z境中的語法、詞匯和日常交際用語的選擇為主。

　�、�.完形填空(15分) 在一段難度適中的短文中留出15個空白處，要求考生從每小題的3個選項中選擇正確的答案，使補足后的短文意思通順，結構完整�？忌�必須通篇考慮，掌握大意，綜合運用所學詞匯和語法知識，選擇正確的答案。

　�、�.閱讀理解(45分) 共5篇短文。第1、2、3篇要求考生在閱讀理解的基礎上，根據(jù)所給材料，從每小題的4個選項中選出最佳答案。第4篇是在一篇短文中留出5個空格，要求考生在閱讀理解的基礎上還原短文中的句子使短文通順、連貫、意思完整。第5篇是一篇任務型短文，要求考生根據(jù)要求完成任務。任務形式包括把文字信息轉化為圖形、圖像、圖表、表格、數(shù)字等信息，還可以是畫圖、制作表格、填空、設計(廣告、賀卡、名片、信封……)等。

　　閱讀理解測試的主要要求是：

　　1.既要理解具體的事實、細節(jié)，也要理解抽象的概念;

　　2.要對具體的事實、細節(jié)進行分析判斷和邏輯推理，以理解其深層次的含義;

　　3.要了解背景，理解文章的內涵，能概括文章的中心思想。

　　寫(共四大題，滿分45分)

　�、�.遣詞造句(10分)根據(jù)每題所提供的圖畫的情景、提示詞，寫一個與圖畫情景相符的句子。凡能運用關鍵詞寫出與所給圖畫情景相符的句子，意義和語法都正確的均可得分。

　�、�. 口語應用(10分)在一段對話中，留出5個空格，根據(jù)對話內容，填入適當?shù)木渥樱�使對話完整、正確。

　�、�.綜合填空(10 分) 在一段難度適中的短文中留出10個空白處，短文上方有一個備選詞匯框，要求考生根據(jù)短文大意和語境選擇框格內詞匯的正確形式填入空白處，每空只填一個單詞，使補足后的短文意思通順，結構完整。

　�、�.書面表達(15分) 共兩小題。第一小題(5分)要求考生根據(jù)提示寫一篇英語應用文，如便條、留言條、電話記錄、通知等，詞數(shù)約40左右。第二小題(10分)要求考生根據(jù)圖畫或提示的情景，用英語寫一篇記敘文。詞數(shù)80左右。提供兩題命題作文，考生任選一題。

　　書面表達的總體要求是：切中題意，條理清楚，語句通順、連貫，語言準確、得當，書寫工整。

　　九、試題示例

　　2. 任務型閱讀

　　You may feel worried, upset or disappointed in your life. If you feel so, you’d better do something about it. Just read the following tips (小建議) to find out some ways to fight depression (抑郁情緒) .

　　First, try to find out the troubles that have worked on your depression. When you know what has got you to feel blue, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to relax the mind. Ask for help if you need it. Friends and family can help let depression go instead of just watching you hurt.

　　Second, take a walk for 15 or 30 minutes every day—or dance, or bike if you prefer. If you need to be encouraged, make yourself do exercise anyway. Once you get into the exercise habit, it won’t take long to notice a difference in your mood.

　　Next, depression can affect a person’s thoughts, making everything seem hopeless. If depression makes you notice only the bad things, try to notice the good things. There are both good things and bad things in life. The more good things you notice , the less depression you’ll feel.

　　Then, try to do something fun for yourself. For example, you can take time to play with a friend or a pet. You can do something that you are interested in, such as painting, singing and so on. You can also find something to laugh about—a funny movie, a joke… Perhaps laughing can help cheer you up.

　　Finally, please remember that depression takes time to heal (治愈). So most of all, don’t forget to be patient with yourself.
