　　目前，亞洲的發(fā)展面臨著新的機遇，也面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。亞洲總體上依然是當(dāng)今世界最具經(jīng)濟活力和發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ牡貐^(qū)。經(jīng)濟全球化的深入發(fā)展和科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛進步，有利于亞洲各國利用國際資本，引進先進技術(shù)，開拓國際市場，推動本國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。但是亞洲某些地區(qū)的安全形勢仍不容樂觀，反對恐怖主義的斗爭尚待深入。經(jīng)濟全球化在帶來發(fā)展機遇的同時，也增加了國際經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的不確定性，增加了本地區(qū)內(nèi)發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟體結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的難度和遭遇外部沖擊的風(fēng)險。
