　　Write your letter in no less than 100 words. Write it neatly on ANSWER SHEET 2.

　　一、審題與謀篇

　　本題要求考生寫一篇申訴信。寫申訴信不僅僅是對服務(wù)、商品等表示不滿，更是為了尋求解決問題的方法。因此寫作時(shí)應(yīng)該把問題說清楚，語氣堅(jiān)決，目的明確，但是同時(shí)要避免諷刺或憤怒的語氣，應(yīng)使用禮貌用語。如果要求賠償或補(bǔ)償，應(yīng)把有關(guān)商品的信息如購買日期、時(shí)間、號(hào)碼、尺寸和顏色等都說清楚。也可給出要求解決問題的最后期限。一般內(nèi)容包括：1)反映問題;2)提出解決方案;3)提出盡快解決問題的希望并對此表示感謝。

　　題目中反映的問題有兩個(gè)：一是手機(jī)壞了(broken mobile phone)，二是員工拒絕服務(wù)(refused to replace the mobile phone)。提出的解決方案是換手機(jī)(ask for a replacement)。在寫此信過程中，考生需要注意措辭，避免言語過激，禮貌地反映事實(shí)，最后提出賠償要求。

　　On October 10 this year, I purchased a red mobile phone, Mora 1080, in one of your chain shops named East Division.

　　I regret to tell you that only three days after the purchase, I found the phone couldn’t work normally. It shut itself down automatically several times a day. I returned it to the store to exchange for a new one, as I had a 3 year extended warranty for it. However, the assistant from whom I had bought this machine refused to replace it and even told me to repair it myself.

　　Would you please let me know when your store would replace it for me or how you would like to deal with this? I appreciate you if you can telephone me at 32165426.
