　　Dear John,

　　I am writing this letter to express my sincere greetings to you and communicate with you in advance about living.

　　I am so glad that we are going to live together. I truly believe that we can get along well with each other. I like cleanness and will keep everything in order. Moreover, I don’t have habit of coming back in late. Basically, I will get back home before 11o’ clock. I will not let strangers go to our apartment, because I think that is unsafe. Lastly, I like cooking， I wish to make you a Chinese meal at convenience.

　　I am looking forward to seeing you. By the way, can you give me some advice about living there ?
