  單元導讀 : 掌握大量的新單詞,尤其是動詞及短語的應用。 理解和運用時間狀語從句、條件狀語從句和并列句。

  (1)“once”引導的時間狀語從句;“if”“unless”引導的真實條件句。

  (2).由“and, but, or, so”等連接詞引導的表示遞進、轉折、選擇或者結果的并列句。 不定代詞詞組:both…and…, either…or…, neither…nor…, not only…but also… 動詞的一些固定搭配。如: take charge of ; be afraid of 等等。 會用英語簡單描述自己學習英語的方法、途徑及困難,能夠用英語給別人提出學習建議。

  6.會本單元提到的學習英語的方法,改進自己的英語學習,從而更好更快地提高自己的英語綜合應用能力。

  說文解詞:

  下面這些單詞、短語和句型可是課文中的重點,一定要熟練掌握它們的用法喲! 單詞:

  1) key n. 答案, 鑰匙 后面常接介詞to

  This is the key to the lock/door/problem.

  adj. 關鍵的,重點

  It is always easier to remember only the key point/middle school/project.

  2) communicate vi. 交流, 交際 ,后面常接介詞with

  communication n. 通訊, 交流

  My garden communicates with the one next door by means of a gate.

  3) hurry n. 匆忙,急切

  In hurry to leave, he forgot his bag.

  vi 匆忙,倉促

  Don’t hurry; there’s plenty of time.

  4) express vt. 表達,表白

  Learning to express oneself well is an important part of education.

  n. 快車, 快遞

  The parcel will be sent by express. 短語:

  a)not only…but also… 不僅……而且……

  b)look up 查閱, 抬頭看

  I often look up a new word in my dictionary when I don’t know how to read it. ( 07 房山區(qū)一模 )

  Look up to the blackboard please.

  c)both…and… 既……又……, 不僅……而且……

  I read both the English and the Chinese explanations.

  d)go over 復習

  Go over your work carefully before you hand it in. 句型:

  a)Is it easy for you to remember new words in English?

  你記新英語單詞感覺到輕松嗎? 注:這是一個形式主語句型。

  b)There are many ways to train your memory.

  可以有很多辦法訓練你的記憶力。 注:本句是不定式作定語限定memory。

  c)I won’t tell him unless he asks.

  他不問,我不會告訴他。 注:unless 相當于if…not… 意為“除非”

  d)Once I finish my homework, I’ll call you.

  一旦我完成我的作業(yè),我就給你打電話。注:once 在這里是連詞意“一旦”。

  如何熟練、恰當?shù)谋磉_自己的建議,不但是英語學習中所要涉及的重要內容,也是日常交際中所要具備的基本技能?v觀北京市近年來的中考英語試題,不難發(fā)現(xiàn),書面表達題,雖然內容和情景變了,但它考查的交際功能依然如故,那就是,如何做到熟練、恰當?shù)慕o別人提出自己的看法和建議。

  那么,如何能恰當?shù)谋磉_自己的建議呢?這里,試就英語學習和日常生活中一些常見的建議方式淺談一二,供同學們學習參考(為便于理解,主語以第二人稱you 為主)

  l方式一:You’d better (not)+ v. + … “你最好(不要)……”

  1)It seems to rain today, you’d better take the umbrella with you. (肯定)

  今天似乎要下雨,你最好帶著雨傘。

  2)You’d better not watch TV too much, it’s bad for your eyes. (否定)

  你最好少看電視,那對你的眼睛不好。

  l方式二:You should (not)+ v. + … “你(不)應該……”

  1)You should study hard, or you will fall behind.(肯定)

  你應該好好學習否則就會落在別人后面。

  2)You shouldn’t play football in the street, it’s too dangerous.(否定)

  你們不應該在大街上踢球,這太危險。

  l方式三:You must (not)+ v. + … “你(不)應該/必須(不)……”

  1)You must go home now, because your friend is waiting for you there. (肯定)

  你必須馬上回家,因為你的朋友正在等你。

  2)As the young people, you mustn’t drink or smoke. (否定)

  作為年輕人,你們不可以喝酒,也不可以吸煙。

  l方式四:You need to / needn’t + v. + … “你(不)需要……”

  1)You need to take a bus to go there, because it’s far from here. (肯定)

  你需要坐公共車去哪兒,因為它離這很遠。

  2)You needn’t remember all the new words. (否定)

  你沒必要記住所有的新單詞。

  l方式五:You have to + v. + … “你得/必須……”

  If you want to learn Chinese well, you have to talk more with your Chinese friends.

  如果你要想學好漢語,你得多和中國朋友交談。

  l方式六:You can + v. + … “你可以……”

  If you have a headache, you can go to see the doctor.

  如果頭痛,你可以去看醫(yī)生。

  l方式七:Try(not) to + v. + … “盡量/試著(不要)去……”

  1)Try to do it by yourself, you will find it interesting. (肯定)

  試著自己去做,你會發(fā)現(xiàn)那很有意思。

  2)Try not to see the answers until you finish all the exercises. (否定)

  盡可能在做完練習后再去看參考答案。

  l方式八:What / How about + v-ing / n.+ … “…… 怎么樣/好嗎?”

  1)How about going to the zoo with me this afternoon?

  下午和我一起去動物園怎么樣?

  2)What about tomorrow? I am too busy today.

  明天(去)好嗎?我今天太忙了。

  l方式九:Why not / don’t you + v. + … “為什么不……?”

  Why not go and ask the teacher for help?

  為什么不去請老師幫忙?

  l方式十:Remember to + v. + … “記著去……”

  Remember to take the medicine as the doctor said.

  記著按醫(yī)囑服藥。

  l方式十一:It’s a good idea to + v. + … “……是個好辦法”

  It’s a good idea to recite the English words in the morning.

  早晨背英語單詞倒是個不錯的辦法。

  l方式十二:It‘s time for / to + v. + … “該做……了”

  Stop talking, Li Ming, It’s time to go to bed.

  別說了,李明,該去睡覺了。

  l方式十三:please + v. + … “請……”

  Please call me if you have problems.

  如果遇到問題,請給我打電話。

  l方式十四:Let’s + v. + … “讓我們去……”

  I am tired, let’s have a rest.

  我累了, 休息一下吧。

  l方式十五:If I were you, I would + v. + … “如果我是你,我會……”

  If I were you, I would tell her about my real thoughts directly.

  如果我是你,我會直接告訴她我的真實想法。

  三十六記 巧列清單記難點

  清單一 動詞的固定用法:

  動詞不定式try to do sth., listen to, tell sb. to do sth., ask sb. to do sth.

  動名詞practice doing, enjoy doing, make doing

  希望同學們在學習的過程中多觀察、發(fā)現(xiàn)、歸納、總結,從而真正地學會準確使用這些動詞。

  清單二 正確選用連詞

  并列連詞and表示平行或遞進關系注:because與so,though與but 不能同時出現(xiàn)在一個句子中,只能用其一。列舉的成分是主語,在否定詞之前用and 連接,在否定詞之后的列舉成分,用or 連接,構成完全否定 e.g. I can’t sing or dance.
