　　3.祝賀信是表示慶祝的書信。在西方風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣中，遇到重大的節(jié)假日，比如新年、圣誕節(jié)、生日等以及親朋好友之間遇到了什么喜事都應(yīng)寫信致以問候或贈送禮品。賀信的寫作要注意主題明確，中心突出，情感真摯但切記不要言過其實，評價要恰當(dāng)，要表現(xiàn)出真誠的喜悅和祝賀。另外，代表單位的賀信應(yīng)較為正式，措詞要嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、謙恭。

　　4.感謝信是為了感謝對方的關(guān)心、幫助和支持而書寫的信件。在寫感謝信時，正文部分主要寫感謝的內(nèi)容和感激的心情，可以敘述被感謝的人或事件，重點放在這一幫助所產(chǎn)生的效果上。所用的語言要準(zhǔn)確、客觀，情感要真摯。
