寫(xiě)作思路與要求
本模塊立意于“需要做什么”及“為什么需要這么做”。短文從某一時(shí)尚的運(yùn)動(dòng)或現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，通過(guò)其必要性、意義或利(弊)分析，最后以“如何做”的建議或綜述結(jié)束短文。短文篇章層次上的三個(gè)段落幾乎平分秋色，從三個(gè)不同的側(cè)面闡述主題，段落的展開(kāi)模式主要是對(duì)比或枚舉。
該模塊的基本提綱模式是：
第一段現(xiàn)狀闡述。
闡述作文命題所涉及的事物的現(xiàn)狀。
第二段必要性闡述。
闡述需要做某事的現(xiàn)實(shí)必要性或意義或利弊。
第三段綜述。
在綜合現(xiàn)狀與必要性基礎(chǔ)上，提出如何把該事做好的建議或方法。

寫(xiě) 作 提 綱The Hope Project
�、貳ducation plays an important role in the modernization of our country.The extent ②to which children are educated ③is directly of vital importance to ④the improvement of our comprehensive national power.⑤However, in some povertystricken rural areas,few schoolagers can afford to go to school for ④lack of financial support.⑤Therefore, the Chinese Youth Development Foundation (CYDF) is determined to carry on a financial plan,②which is called the Hope Project,⑥so as to prevent them from⑦dropping out of school.
The project ③is of great neccessity.As we know,the children are the hope and future of China.⑧Their being deprived of education will not only ⑦result in ④a shortage of human resources in those backward areas but also ⑦h(yuǎn)old back the economic development of these areas and even the whole country.⑨Moreover, the Chinese government is unlikely to be able to afford all the money ②needed for the hundreds of thousands of school dropouts.⑨Therefore, the Hope Project is intended to help ⑦set up more schools in those areas ⑥so as to enable more children to receive schooling and raise the general intellectual level of the people there.
As a college student,⑩I suggest that more people⑦ from all walks of life be encouraged to support the project with their sense of responsibility.I will send some of my pocket money and stationery to the pupils there.And I will also preach the significance of the project and urge other people to make contributions to this project.Finally,I decide to be a teacher after my graduation to help the children there directly. I firmly believe that with the help of our government and the whole nation,the Project Hope ⑦is bound to be a success.

動(dòng)詞preach原義表示“布道”，轉(zhuǎn)義為“宣傳”，暗示“一心一意、鍥而不舍”，用在這里十分貼切；結(jié)論句。

③插入帶不定式的復(fù)合賓語(yǔ)；③~⑤分述第一句的現(xiàn)象的意義；
④插入名詞短語(yǔ)；表示將來(lái)的事業(yè)、工作、就業(yè)等；
�、莶迦雱�(dòng)詞短語(yǔ)；同③；
�、�、⑦插入完整句子，以小寫(xiě)開(kāi)始，提出上述現(xiàn)象存在的兩個(gè)理由；
�、唷ⅱ獠迦胱鹘樵~with賓語(yǔ)的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)，表示一種假設(shè)情況；如：with the price rising so high; with so many workers being laid off等；
�、帷⒉迦胪暾渥�，以小寫(xiě)開(kāi)始，提出上述現(xiàn)象存在的兩種利或弊；
⑨、插入不定式短語(yǔ)，陳述“如何做”的第一、二兩件事；
完整句子，以小寫(xiě)開(kāi)始，陳述“如何做”的第三件事。
注意：“原因”段和“利弊”段在同一篇短文中只選一段。

Its wellknown that crime has become a headache to both social workers and people on the street now.Its necessary to fight against crime.In the first place,it can help build our society into a safe and peaceful one.In the second place,it will lay a foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of our economy.In addition,it can make it possible for people to lead a normal and fearfree life.
With the rate of crime running ever higher,there will arise a lot of social problems.First,people can no longer go on with their routine life in peace and security.Again,with the society full of murder,robbery,rape and other kinds of crimes,the whole society will be in total disorder and no social development will be possible.
