　　模板句型：

　　開頭句：傳達(dá)寫作目的

　　I am writing in response to your advertisement in …

　　I am writing to express my interest in…

　　I would like to apply for …

　　結(jié)束句：表達(dá)希望與感謝

　　Thank you for considering my application. I am looking forward to meeting you in the near future.

　　Your prompt response will be much appreciated.

　　I should be pleased to attend for an interview at your convenience， when I could give you further details concerning myself.

　　(注：申請信，求職信，推薦信寫法相似。每篇開頭都要點明目的，但是主體部分都可以從個人能力教育背景來說，注意申請信是以第一人稱來寫，而推薦信是以第三人稱來寫。)

　　二、投訴信(及回復(fù)信)

　　模板句型：

　　開頭句：說明投訴問題

　　I feel something should be done about…

　　I am writing to inform you that I find…unsatisfactory…

　　結(jié)尾局：期待解決方案

　　I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter as soon as possible. And I am looking forward to an early reply.

　　I believe you will take my complaints seriously， I would ask you to give back my money， or I would file my complaint to the authorities concerned.

　　三、邀請信(及回復(fù)信)

　　模板句型：

　　開頭句：說明邀請目的

　　On behalf of…， I have the honor to invite you to…

　　It is with the great pleasure that I write to cordially invite you to…

　　結(jié)尾句：期盼回復(fù)

　　I do hope that you will be able to come.

　　We should be very pleased if you could honor us with your company.

　　四、推薦信

　　模板句型：

　　開頭句：說明寫作目的

　　I am writing to you to recommend … for …

　　I take great pleasure in recommending to you … as …

　　I would like to present … for your consideration in your search for …

　　With reference to your requirements， I shall， without reservation， recommend … as an ideal candidate.

　　結(jié)尾句：總結(jié)說明

　　I am confident/ convinced that …

　　I strongly recommend him to you with no reservation.

　　Therefore， I do not hesitate to recommend her as an ideal candidate for the post you advertised.

　　五、咨詢信

　　模板句型：

　　開頭句：自我介紹、說明寫信目的

　　I‘m interested in … Could you provide me with more details?

　　I would be very grateful to you if you let me know…

　　結(jié)尾句：表示感謝，期盼回復(fù)

　　I am expecting your early reply/ your immediate response.

　　模板句型：(摘要一般寫一段)

　　考查話題預(yù)測：

　　環(huán)保類：可用關(guān)鍵詞，如碳減排carbon emission reduction，可再生能源renewable energy，世界環(huán)境日World Environment Day，小排量汽車small-displacement/ small-engine vehicles.

　　經(jīng)濟(jì)類：可用關(guān)鍵詞，如經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī) economic crisis/ financial crisis，應(yīng)對危機(jī)face the crisis， fight crisis，擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需propel/drive/expand domestic demand，適度寬松的貨幣政策moderately loose monetary policy.

　　交通類：可用關(guān)鍵詞，如公共交通線路網(wǎng)public transport network，交通管制traffic control，交通高峰期rush hour，交通擁堵traffic jam/congestion， heavy traffic.
